Below is a list of provisionally licensed lawyers who have met the requirements to practice in Oregon pursuant to the Supervised Practice Portfolio Examination (SPPE) Program. These provisionally licensed lawyers may engage in the practice of law in Oregon on behalf of their employer or their employer’s clients under the supervision of a supervising attorney who is also employed by the same employer. The supervising attorney must be an active member of the Oregon State Bar. The provisional license granted under the SPPE Program may be active for up to three years. More information about the SPPE Program can be found here. Provisionally licensed lawyers listed with a provisional license status other than “active” are currently ineligible to practice law in Oregon. For questions or concerns regarding a specific provisionally licensed lawyer, please contact OSB Regulatory Services at regsvcs@osbar.org.
